Project overview.
Getting a fintech brand into a room with lawmakers, journalists, and advocacy leaders without looking like a corporate lobbying operation is not a brief most communications teams know how to write. Chime did it during Congressional Black Caucus week, in partnership with Punchbowl News, through The Punch Up — and made it look effortless.

Challenge.
Position a consumer fintech brand credibly at the intersection of financial policy, media, and advocacy — alongside journalists, lawmakers, and community leaders — without losing the brand's voice, compromising the editorial integrity of the partnership, or making it feel like a check-writing exercise.

Result.
Led brand and content execution across a multi-event series with panels, branded collateral, and live art. Produced and distributed an executive quote campaign across Chime's channels featuring voices from compliance, lending, and government affairs. Contributed to a broader responsible innovation campaign that gave Chime a credible footprint in policy conversations it had no prior presence in. Clean execution at the hardest intersection to show up in authentically — fintech, politics, and media in the same room.
