Project overview.
An IPO is the highest-stakes communications event a company faces — one shot, no retakes, every word scrutinized by journalists, analysts, investors, and employees at the same time. As part of Chime's senior communications team, I owned the workstreams that made CHYM's Nasdaq debut work: from the investor relations website to multi-city employee events to the social strategy that ran down to the minute.

Challenge.
Coordinate every public-facing communications element of Chime's IPO simultaneously — while supporting executives who had thirty other critical things on their minds. Every journalist, analyst, employee, and social channel had to be coordinated with precision, with no margin for error and no second chances.

Result.
Built and launched investors.chime.com from zero, leading the effort cross-functionally. Designed and executed the full IPO social strategy — cadence, copy, collateral, executive handles, and timing — in direct partnership with Nasdaq on social capture and day-of publishing. Contributed to pre-IPO communications readiness alongside the head of internal communications. Every channel, every office, every executive: coordinated to the minute. CHYM rang the bell on time. The communications infrastructure built for the IPO carried the company through its first two earnings cycles as a public company.
